JENNA FAIREY
Jenna received her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Toronto, where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies and Equity Studies. Her academic work focused on access to justice, the impacts of systemic inequality, and community-based advocacy.
Jenna has experience in employment litigation, housing and tenant matters, and human rights law. She has represented clients before the Landlord and Tenant Board and has worked in clinic, pre-litigation, and litigation environments. She provides thoughtful, compassionate, and effective advocacy tailored to each client's needs.
A trauma-informed approach is central to Jenna's education and legal practice. She has developed a strong understanding of the impacts of gender-based violence and is committed to providing legal services that recognize the ways trauma can affect a client's experience. Jenna strives to create a supportive and respectful environment where clients feel empowered throughout the legal process.
