Kelly is a litigation law clerk who is passionate about her work and eager to get involved in every aspect of the litigation process, from initial client intake through to trial or settlement. Kelly provides assistance with drafting court materials and pleadings, the collection and review of documents, examinations for discovery, costs outlines, bills of costs, mediation and trial. Her hard work, dedication, compassion and empathetic attitude demonstrates her strong commitment to providing our clients with valuable support throughout the entire litigation process. 

 

Prior to joining Gillian Hnatiw & Co., Kelly worked as a legal assistant and law clerk at other litigation firms where she gained extensive experience in the areas of family law, real estate law, landlord/tenant disputes and tort litigation. In particular, Kelly is knowledgeable about the civil litigation process and uses her expertise to successfully manage files through Small Claims Court and the Superior Court of Justice. 

 

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time at her family cottage, playing competitive volleyball, and getting together with family and friends.
