MEGHAN BLOM
Associate
Meghan is an associate at Gillian Hnatiw & Co. and maintains a broad litigation practice that includes civil litigation, administrative/regulatory and health law.
Meghan clerked for the justices of the Ontario Divisional Court and Superior Court of Justice where she gained extensive experience with appeals and applications for judicial review. She was also involved in many aspects of the trial process, in all areas of the Superior Court’s jurisdiction. Prior to joining Gillian Hnatiw & Co., Meghan worked at a boutique litigation firm where she practiced civil and commercial litigation.
Meghan obtained her JD at the University of Ottawa and graduated with distinction. She also holds a Master of International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs. While at law school, Meghan gravitated towards advocacy experiences including volunteering with the Native Women's Association of Canada and working on Parliament Hill for Senator Kim Pate.
Outside of work, Meghan is an avid runner and loves to spend her time outdoors.
